Every ticket (email) request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your emails.

We always close tickets once we have responded so we know when you have repsonded to our email. No need to start up a new ticket, you can just open the ticket again
