- We will contact you ASAP with details of where to send your console
- We will flash your console the day we get it, and post it back either the same day, or the day after. Super fast service.
- We can ONLY send 360s back via registered post, please don't choose express post, as you will be donating the extra money to a charity, not using it to send your item express :)
- If you have an opening tool, you can send us your DVD drive only and save a couple of dollars.
- Always send your console with a tracking number (registered)
- Registered post with insurance pretty much means there is no risk at all of your console getting lost.
- Make sure your 360 is padded via cardboard or bubble wrap to ensure a safe trip
- Only send your console. We don't need any cables, games, hard drives, power supplies or controllers!
- This service is for consoles that have not been modified, if your console has been opened and there is damage to solder points (crappy RROD fixes) we will not mod your console and charge $30 postage and handling to send it back.
- Include a copy of your invoice inside the package so that we know who you are!

To Explain it to those that are new to it all:
There is a DVD drive inside your 360, the one that spins your Disc and plays your games. There is software on this DVD drive that controls what the 360 is allowed to play, and what is not
There is no need to a modchip to be put in your 360, and this software, with the right hardware, can be erased, and new firmware can be put on.
Over the last couple of years, Microsoft have changed the DVD drive type a couple of times. Everytime they do, there is a couple month wait until the hacked firmware becomes available.
Q. If there a modchip involved?
A. Nope. With the Xbox 360 there is no real advantage in having a modchip. It will void your warranty, cost you more
Q. So what is actually done then?
A. We read the firmware off your DVD Drive. We "hack it" and flash it back on
Q. So can't I do it myself then?
A. If you really want to try it out, we sell teh tools to go it. But it will cost you more in hardware for the parts needed, and its not such a noob friendly activity. The wrong firmware or the wrong drivers can brick your drive. You cannot simply swap your DVD drive over - as each dvd drive is locked to your 360 with a special "KEY". If you fail to extract this KEY from your DVD drive your 360 is useless.

A. Commodore 4 Eva’s (c4eva) ixtreme firmware. What ever the latest is at the time
Q. Can I still get on Xbox live afterwards?
A. You can if you want, but you will most likely be banned. Its random, you cannot predict when it will happen.
Q. Does my console need to be opened? And does it void warranty?
A. Technically your warranty is void with any console as soon as you open it. However no damage will be made to the hardware inside.
