Ps3 Dongle Downgrader

This is a preprogrammed Eclipse (eclips3). The dongle is programmed already in Downgrade mode. This does NOT mean the device will magically downgrade your machine. It will just help you get out of service mode when you are using the progskeet / E3.

Instead of buying a normal dongle and trying to figure out how to put it in downgrade mode...just buy 1 ready to go!. The casing of the device will say 'Prankser AVR'. but trust us, it is an eclips3...just in a different case
