PSP Modding your PSP? No Modchip required! Modding a PSP is an awesome thing to do. There is no modchip involved! All that is done is that custom software is loaded onto the PSP. No functionality is lost, its official software that is just hacked to allow you to run software that people design. What does hacked firmware allow you to do?

Please note, you cannot modify the PSP3000 at all at the moment. Datel had a solution, and called the Lite Blue battery. We ordered loads of them and on the 10th of January 2009 our order was canceled. This is due to legal reasons - they cannot hack the PSP in the way their product did, as it used copywrite code etc. Some people have said this is bogus, and they never had a solution in the first place....and just announced the product too early.
