How does it work?
- You pay online for the service here
- We will contact you ASAP with details of where to send your iPhone
- Our Melbourne installer will Unlock your iPhone, usually on the same day of receiving your iPhone.
- We will send it back to you the same day with no extra charge!
Things to note
- Always send your iPhone with a tracking number (registered or express - registered preferred)
- We will send it back via DHL courier if you are in a metro area, you will have to be home to accept the package...If you want it sent via regular registered post, please let us know in the order comments when checking out
- Make sure your iPhone is padded via cardboard or bubble wrap to ensure a safe trip
- Only send your iPhone. We don't need any cables or boxes!
- If your iPhone has been opened and there is damage we will not Unlock your iPhoneand charge $30 postage and handling to send it back.
- Include a copy of your invoice inside the package so that we know who you are!
Your iPhone will be tested when it arrives, after unlock, and right before it is packed!
