Unlocking xk3y WiFi...

xk3y WiFi is a wireless B/G/N USB dongle that unlocks the full potential of the powerful Xk3y Linux system. The xk3y web interface provides seamless integration with any device with a browser and WiFi, such as iOS and Android smartphones and tables, PCs, and more.

The xk3y WiFi comes with a default web interface but it also opens up access to the xk3y API, making it possible to create homebrew apps for controlling xk3y! This is where xk3y WiFi will really flourish.

Please note

The wifi dongle at the moment will ONLY allow you to select ISOs, it will not allow wifi loading of games. They have tried it out, and the speeds are too slow for wifi loading. They might add this feature in the future but please do not buy the device for anything other then choosing games.
Because its a USB wifi dongle, you need to have something like a small USB hub, so you can plug your HDD, and Wifi dongle into the Hub as the same time. The Hub does not need to be powered from AC, we have tried with a simple cheap $3 USB powered hub and it worked fine.

The Wifi interface is dynamic, and the community will continue to improve on this interface and you will be able to choose your games from any interface that supports basic HTML.

This is not hard to get working, but since it requires getting you IP address and some research, support will be on the xk3y forums, not directly with us.

There is even an official iPhone/iPad app on the app store (no jailbreaking needed), Picture below. There is also an Android app of course. We don't have an android phone so here are some pictures of the iPhone/iPad app.
